to their application. Supplemental information does not include required* application materials. To submit financial aid documents to Cornell, please refer to
https://www.finaid.cornell.edu/. Note to transfer students only:
You may submit your mid-term report via this form; please choose the appropriate document types from the drop-down "Filename" menus.
Supported file types are: PDF files, Word documents, and jpeg files (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .jpg, .jpeg). Please do not send supplemental documents until after you have submitted your Common Application or Universal College Application online.
Deadlines for submitting supplemental information:
Early Decision and Spring Transfer: November 15
Regular Decision: February 15
Fall Transfer: April 15
*We will accept letters of recommendation sent on your behalf from individuals other than teachers or instructors, and transfer candidates can submit their completed mid-term reports using this form. All other required application forms and official transcripts
must be submitted online through the Common Application, Universal College Application, or by mail. Standardized test results must be sent from the testing agency. If these items are submitted here they will not be processed and will not fulfill your application requirement(s). College-specific requirements should be submitted as indicated on our website.
As noted above, only transfer students are able to submit mid-term report materials via this form.
